Raphaëlle Orgeret, Lyon
Hi, I’m Raphaëlle from Lyon, in France! I’ve been teaching there for a while now, as well as at summer school in St-Andrews and in various other places. I like working on technique and I really enjoy teaching younger dancers. I’m looking forward to having fun with you all in Bonn next April!
Duncan began dancing as a child and was taught by his parents in York from whom he gained his love of Scottish dancing. He qualified as a teacher 1997 and has taught extensively at day and weekend schools across England, Germany, Italy and Russia. He taught at the Cambridge Spring Fling in 2004 and at the RSCDS Summer and Winter Schools. Duncan also enjoys devising new dances and has been fortunate enough to have 4 published by the RSCDS.
Duncan is delighted to be back at Spring Fling as an “overage” teacher and is very much looking forward to challenging and keeping up with the young dancers.
