We would like to give everybody the opportunity to attend Spring Fling 2017 in Bonn. We are aware that course fees, travel and/or visa costs can easily add up to a large amount of money. Fortunately, there are various sources of financial support that may help dancers to attend Spring Fling.
- The RSCDS offers several scholarships. Only course and residential fees can be covered. While priority is given to applicants under 25, everyone is encouraged to apply, even non-members. Applications should be submitted by 16 January 2017. More detailed information can be found here.
- The RSCDS International Branch offers financial support through the Susi Mayr Fund, for which also non-IB members can apply. Preference will be given to applicants who can prove that they are in need of financial assistance or who do not have access to a local group or branch. Travel/visa costs might be subsidised as well. For details, please visit the IB website.
- The RSCDS Youth Branch offers a Travel Grant up to 150 GBP. The application deadline is 31st January 2017.
- The Central Germany Branch offers scholarships covering course and residential fees.
If you need help or support with your application for any of the grants mentioned above, please get in touch with the Spring Fling committee by writing to email@example.com.
